2014年11月11日に納車/引渡し式が執り行われました
『アメリカで震災を知ったチズさんは、東北にゆかりのある身ということもあり、何とかして東北を支援したいと強く願われました。 「日本は豊かな国だから、支援は必要ないのでは？」という声を説き伏せて、支援の必要性を皆にわかってもらったのだそうです。 どこにどのように支援したら良いのかを探していたチズさんは内閣府のホームページでReraを見つけ、実際にReraが石巻でどのように活動しているのか、支援の意向があるということを石巻のライオンズクラブの阿部浩さんにつないで下さいました。 海外からの寄付金を日本で受け取るまでに大変な問題がいくつもいくつもありましたが、皆様のおかげで支援金が石巻に届き立派なロゴマークの入った姿で私たちの元へと届いたのです。 いくつもの、何十何百人もの応援や賛同、チズさんの強い意志のおかげで、車いすごと乗れるピカピカの車がここに。 このセレナも、他の車たちと同じように、毎日100キロ以上、毎月200人以上の人を運び続けるでしょう。 長い特殊ステップや手すりは、足の上がりにくい方々の乗降に間違いなく役立つでしょう。 これからも、丁寧に、一つ一つに真剣に向き合いながら、活動を続けていきたいと思います。 応援して下さる皆様が、応援していることを誇りに思えるように。 本当にありがとうございます。』
　The delivery/handover ceremony was held on November 11, 2014.
『When Chizu learned about the earthquake in the United States, she felt a strong desire to support Tohoku because she had ties to the region. Despite the skepticism that Japan is a wealthy country and doesn't need support, she convinced everyone of the necessity of providing assistance. While searching for ways to provide support, Chizu found Rera on the Cabinet Office website. She connected with Mr. Hiroshi Abe of the Ishinomaki Lions Club, explaining how Rera was supporting Ishinomaki and her intention to provide assistance. Although there were numerous challenges in receiving overseas donations in Japan, thanks to everyone's efforts, the support funds reached Ishinomaki and arrived at our location bearing a splendid logo. Thanks to the support and approval of many people, as well as Chizu's determination, this wheelchair-accessible vehicle is now here. Like the other vehicles, this Serena will continue to transport over 200 people each month, traveling over 100 kilometers daily. The long special steps and handrails will undoubtedly help people with mobility issues board and exit the vehicle. We will continue our activities with care and address each situation seriously. Our goal is to make those who support us proud. Thank you very much.』

It has been more than ten years since then.
あれから10年以上の時が流れました…

この車は私たちの間ではCセレナという愛称で呼んでいます。ご支援をいただいてから10年以上の月日がたち走行距離は30万5000kmを突破しましたが今日も元気に走っています。デリック＆チズ・ホワイト慈善基金より頂いたご支援は車両とその維持費に留まらず、運営に係る資金を現在までご支援いただいております。団体発足当初より本当に多くの個人、団体様よりの寄付金、助成金、補助金等によってこれまで送迎活動を行う事が出来ました。その中でもデリック＆チズ・ホワイト慈善基金による支援の割合は非常に大きく、その貢献に心よりの感謝の意を表します。

We affectionately call this vehicle the C Serena. Although it has exceeded 305,000 km in mileage, it has been over 10 years since we received your support, and it is still running strong today. The support we have received from the Derrick & Chiz White Charitable Fund has covered not only the vehicle and its maintenance costs but also our operational funds to date. Since our organization's inception, we have been able to carry out our transportation activities thanks to donations, grants, and subsidies from numerous individuals and organizations.
